WHO WE ARE
The Farthing Trust is a family-run charitable foundation originating in the Fens of Eastern England. We are proud to provide support to passionate individuals and organisations that seek to make a difference in their communities, and prioritise small projects that can make a big impact through seed funding.
WHO WE SUPPORT
The Trust supports a diverse range of causes, including in our local area, across the UK, and anywhere in the world. Our approach is often guided by a "seed funding" mindset, where we offer start-up funding to passionate individuals and smaller charitable organisations. Some examples of areas we have offered support in the past include:

We do not generally provide support for gap year students, very large organisations, disaster relief appeals or political campaigns.
